Franklin High School's Class of 1977 - 50th Reunion

Greetings!

Our 50th Reunion for Franklin’s Class of 1977 will be here before we know it in 2027…  

Our 40th Reunion was planned in six months.  With everyone's help and utilizing the power of Facebook & emails, ninety people attended our reunion on October 7, 2017 at Mijares Mexican Restaurant.    Alfred Davis, Candi Garcia Groves Maldonado, Colette Bernal, Debbi Harris Foss, and Vicky Nishinaka Leon were on the committee and received A LOT OF HELP from Candi’s daughter, Elizabeth Groves.  

With our 50th Reunion, we will have more time to plan, and we already have a list of the people and their contact information from the last reunion.  However, we realize that email addresses may have changed in ten years, so please take the time and complete the Google Form at https://bit.ly/Franklin50thReunion so that we may have your contact information.  I promise not to sell your email addresses…

Alfred, Candi, Colette, Debbi, and I are back on the reunion committee, but we would love to have you join us!  We will be meeting at the Panera Bread restaurant in La Canada, but you may also join the meetings online via Google Meet.  Please check the box in the Google Form if you would like to be on the 50th Reunion Committee.

Join the Class of 1977 at Franklin's Homecoming Game on Saturday, October 13, 2017...

UPDATE:  The principal is bringing light snacks for us in the Parent Center which is next door to Franklin's outside cafeteria tables. 

Thanks to everyone who attended Franklin's Class of 1977 Reunion.  We have been invited to participate in Franklin's Homecoming Game "parade" around the track before the football game on Friday, October 13, 2017.  Franklin will also have a section reserved for us during the game.

If you would like to be a part of the parade, you will need to be at Franklin's outside cafeteria tables by 5:00.  You may purchase the $10 tickets for the football game beginning at 4:00.

Sorry, but the $1,500 to rent a bus was beyond our budget, so we will be walking around the track like the other groups during the pregame Franklin Homecoming ceremony.
